Melinda Chang

Melinda Chang is a Strategic Project Manager at NPower. Her role involves around initiating and managing key business initiatives across the organization and plays an integral part of shaping NPower’s strategic direction. She began her career at J.P Morgan Chase in the Smart Start Scholarship Program, a four-year merit scholarship and year-round internship program. Upon college graduation, she was involved in various business priority consulting projects at the firm before placing within J.P. Morgan's Equity Capital Markets division as an Investment Banking analyst. There, she participated in the origination and execution of equity transactions, including initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings in the technology, media and telecommunications space.

Melinda is a graduate from New York University Stern School of Business and holds a dual degree in Finance and International Business with a minor in East Asian Studies. She is a true city girl, born and raised in New York City. She loves to travel, read and swim and cheers on her hometown New York Giants.
